10.1 Uniformity
Franchisee shall strictly comply and shall cause the Franchised Business and its employees to strictly comply with all requirements, specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules set forth in this Agreement, the Operations Manual, or other communications supplied to Franchisee by Franchisor.

Use caution when implementing advice obtained here unless it is recommended by Stemtree HQ. Please note that what works for one center may not work for another. If you have questions or would like advice directly from Stemtree, please consult the Operations Manual or call HQ.

Anyone who violates this policy will be removed from this forum.
