Stemtree SMS Notifications Program – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Stemtree SMS Notifications Program (“Program”). By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Stemtree at the mobile number you provided.
1. Program Description
Stemtree is a STEM education center that operates camps and afterschool programs for K-12 students. By opting into our SMS messaging program, parents and guardians can expect to receive important updates such as schedule changes, temporary closures, camp details, and other time-sensitive program information related to their child’s enrollment.
2. Opt-In Consent
By enrolling in the Stemtree SMS Notifications Program, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Stemtree. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or enrollment. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s availability and network conditions.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “
STOP” to the short code. After you send “
STOP,” we will send a confirmation SMS message that you have been unsubscribed. Following this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to join again, simply opt in as you did the first time.
