Sebastian grew up in Ecuador surrounded by a large and happy family. His parents and two daughters inspired his commitment to excellence, education and enrichment of new generations. He moved to Miami in 2012 and since then succeeded in to business entrepreneurship utilizing his extensive education and professionalism; he posses an MBA, a hospitality degree and 15 years of business management experience. Today, pursuing his vocation for service to the community, he owns Stemtree of Pinecrest. Sebastian believes that children minds are greatness for the future, that is why kids deserve respect, quality time and a place to develop extraordinary skills to nurture their creativity.

Diego Paez

Center Director

Diego is an Ecuadorian - American a business management professional with extensive experience in commerce, logistics and the education fields. He started his career managing the aftercare programs in Julio Verne Elementary School in Ecuador. His responsibilities included coaching activities for kids, he led the sports and swimming professors group, promoted the center, controlled quality of the program and developed ideas for the aftercare programs. Diego is always seeking to nurture the minds of our young people through tools that promote their development, and making sure that every staff member has the appropriate skills to enlighten of our children minds, understand their own differences and advantages and fulfill their curiosity. Diego and Sebastian’s share the same believes. Diego makes sure that everybody in Stemtree commits excellence in education and enjoy this creative environment.
