Mr. Hitesh Dev

Mr. Hitesh Dev is an innovative professional services director with track record of developing strategy and leading execution of tasks, outputs, and features that deliver value and increased efficiency within the product delivery and management of systems and services. His education includes a Master’s degree in Computer Science and an undergraduate degree in Production Engineering. Over the span of his career, Hitesh has worked with organizations such as Deloitte, US Department of Defense, USAID, FDA, NIH, Gartner U.S Department of Labor and USPS to name a few. Hitesh Dev is a published author of a realistic fiction titled "To H-1B or Not to Be" and has been a Deloitte Faculty in the past. He is also a co-founder of a technology consulting firm and a successful Indian restaurant chain called “Masala Country”.
Mr. Pavan Jain

Pavan Jain is an Analytical Software Architect, with over 20 years’ experience in designing and implementing software for complex embedded system using C and C++. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and is Engineering Management certified professional. Over the year he has worked for Mid-size corporation ’s and startups, he was also a Co-founder of startup Institutec Inc. He likes spending time with family (Wife and 2 Boys 10 and 4 years old) and is also a coach for soccer U10 boys’ team.
Ms. Manpreet Bhogal
Center Manager
Manpreet K. Bhogal has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Masters in Public Administration from Rutgers University-Newark with honors. Prior to becoming the Center Manager, Preet was an appointed Project Manager for the City of Perth Amboy in NJ and conducted all the administrative duties for the City’s Redevelopment Agency. She also oversaw the CDBG/HOME funds for nonprofits throughout the City, such as the Boys and Girls Club. Preet moved back to Virginia in 2017 and became an ABA Therapist-working with children with Autism and conducting administrative contract work with government agencies, such as the Department of Defense. In her free time, she also serves as the Grants and Corporate Fundraising Manager for the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights where she spreads awareness for the need for education and writes grants for 71 countries worldwide and the United States.
Mr. Rakesh Misra

Mr. Rakesh Misra holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a professionally trained science teacher. He has the experience of teaching science subjects to Elementary, Middle and High schools students and a passion for teaching and helping children to frame and realize their goals.

Rhea is a current senior at John Champe High School and the Academy of Engineering and Technology and is a coding instructor. With countless years of experience in various languages like Java and Python, Rhea is an avid coder who is elated to share her enthusiasm for computer science and technology with her students!
Ms. Alex Zhou
Coding and Robotics Instructor
Ms. Alex is a George Mason University Senior pursuing her degree in Information Systems. She is passionate about Java, Python and her excellent communication skills makes her a favorite with kids. She has excellent data analytics and accounting skills to complement her technology skills.
Sneha Gatuku

Hey! My name is Sneha Gatuku and I am an undergraduate at VCU. I joined STEMtree a year ago because of my enthusiasm with kids and passion for STEM. Some of my favorite subjects that I like to teach here are math and science. I hope to bring change at STEMtree and make it grow to the fullest potential it has!
